INGREDIENTS :
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions :
Step 1 :
Add the cocoa greasepaint,semi-sweet chocolate, sugar, and swab to a medium saucepot.
Pour the milk and half and half over top.
Step 2 :
Place the saucepot over medium heat. toast the constituents over medium while
whisking until the chocolate has completely melted into the milk and the
milk is beginning to foam( but not stewing).
Step 3 :
Once the chocolate is completely melted into the milk and the milk is has
begun to foam, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla excerpt.
Taste and acclimate the sugar or chocolate to your relish.
Step 4 :
Serve hot with your favorite condiments.
