Pumpkin Smoothie

INGREDIENTS :

- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée - 1 frozen banana - 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed - 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1 cup milk - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp brown sugar

Directions :

Step 1 : Add the pumpkin, firmed banana, flaxseed, pumpkin pie spice, milk, and vanilla in a blender. mix until smooth.
Step 2 : Add the brown sugar( or sweetener of choice) and mix again. Taste and acclimate the agreeableness to your relish. Enjoy cold.
