Air-Fryer Garlic and Wine Lamb Chops


INGREDIENTS :

- 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 fresh thyme sprig or 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 8 lamb rib chops (about 1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)


Directions :

Step 1 : In a large coliseum or shallow dish, combine the first 10 constituents. Add angel; turn to fleece. Chill 6 hours or overnight.

Step 2 : Drain angel, discarding condiment. Preheat air range to 390 °. In batches, arrange chops in oiled air range. Cook until meat reaches asked doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135 °; medium, 140 °; medium- well, 145 °) , 4- 5 twinkles on each side. Let stand 5 twinkles before serving.
