Simple Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients :

- 1 box elbow macaroni
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese

Guidelines :

Stage 1 : Heat an enormous pot of softly salted water to the point of boiling. Cook elbow macaroni in the bubbling water, blending periodically until cooked through yet firm to the chomp, 8 minutes.

Stage 2 : Simultaneously, liquefy margarine in a pot over medium intensity. Add flour, salt, and pepper and mix until smooth, around 5 minutes. Pour in milk gradually, while mixing constantly. Proceed to cook and mix until the combination is smooth and rising, around 5 minutes, igniting sure the milk doesn't.

Stage 3 : Add cheddar and mix until dissolved, 2 to 4 minutes.

Stage 4 : Channel macaroni and crease into cheddar sauce until covered.
