Banana Pancakes
Ingredients :
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Guidelines :
Stage 1 : In a huge bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the middle, and pour in milk, egg and oil. Blend until smooth.
Stage 2 : Heat a delicately oiled iron or griddle over medium high intensity. Pour or scoop the hitter onto the iron, utilizing roughly 1/4 cup for every flapjack. Brown on the two sides and serve hot.
