Air Fryer Blackened Chicken Breast


- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 (12 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions :

Step 1 : Join paprika, thyme, cumin, cayenne pepper, onion powder, dark pepper, and salt together in a bowl. Move zest combination to a level plate.

Step 2 : Rub oil over each chicken breast until completely covered. Roll each piece of chicken in a darkening zest combination, making a point to push down so flavor sticks on all sides. Leave it for 5 minutes while you heat the air fryer.

Step 3 : Preheat an air fryer to 360 F (175 degrees C) for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Place chicken in the bin of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 10 extra minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
